Warning to CCS Families: If you have not completed the two enrollment procedures, (online re-enrollment & signing payment contract) you will not receive any more school information.  After we move students into the 2012-2013 school year, RenWeb will drop your student’s name and all correspondence information.  Please complete this process immediately.

For All Students:

  • June– Students should be enrolled or re-enrolled in the new RenWeb system and a contract signed in the school office.
  • Report cards and preschool progress reports – available in the bookkeeping office.  Report cards/achievement tests are issued to parents only.   Achievement tests available after July 2.
  • All students need a backpack.

Preschool 2’s, 3’s, & K4 Students:

  • School Supply Lists/additional needs

      PS2 –  purchase a plastic tri-fold mat, blanket, small pillow, send change of clothes(labeled

plastic bag),  sippy cup, wipes and diapers (if applicable).  Label all items.

PS3-K4  purchase a plastic tri-fold mat, blanket, small pillow, box of wipes & send a change of

Clothes.  Label all items.

  • T-shirt order forms are enclosed.
  • Dress Code – Refer to the CCS website for dress code before purchasing school clothes.
  • Financial questions – contact Gaye Cormier at 883-4531 ext. 103.

K5-6th Grade Students:

  • T-shirt orders/PE clothes:   Order forms enclosed. (6th grade will not dress out this year for PE)

7th-12th Grade Students:

  • School supply lists: 7th & 8th grade supply lists will be  available in the bookkeeping office, CCS web site (ccsorange.org), & Walmart  the first of July.   9th-12th supply lists will be mailed with the four year plans.
  • Student fees: All student fees will be assessed to the student’s account and will be due Sept. 1.

7th-12th – Computer fee – $20.00

7th-12th  – Science lab fee – $20.00

7th-12th – may have a fine arts fee according to finalized student schedule

  • T-shirt orders/PE clothes:  Order form is enclosed.  7th-10th will need PE clothes.  Students can use last year’s PE clothes or order from enclosed form.
  • Dress Code – Refer to the CCS website for dress code before purchasing school clothes.   I
  • 9th-12th grade students – Pastor Recommendation Form must be on file before school starts.  (see enclosed form)  This form must be from a church you are actively attending.
  • 9th-12th grade students – CCS administration must be contacted prior to a student’s enrollment in classes outside of the school (e.g., correspondence, extended studies, home school, etc.).
  • 7th-12th grade students – Sli information & application is enclosed.

  • Senior Parent Meetings – Mon., July 9, 6:00 p.m. &  Mon., August 6, 6:00 p.m.
  • Mandatory Coaches Meeting – Tuesday, August 7 @ 6:00 p.m.
  • Mandatory Parents meeting for students in the 5th-12th playing sports – Tuesday,

August 7 @ 7:00 p.m.

  • The first day of school will be Monday, August 27, 2012.  The first week of school K5-12th will run an early dismissal.  K5-2nd 2:00, 3rd– 12th 2:30.

Schedule of Orientation Meetings:  (changes this year *)

  • 7th-12th Parent Orientation will be Thursday, August 23 at 6:00 p.m..
  • PS2-K4 Parent Orientation will be Tuesday, August 28 at 6:00 p.m.*
  • K5-6th Parent Orientation will be Thursday, August 30 at 6:00 p.m.*

PS-6th “Meet Your Teacher” & Student Orientation for 7th-12th:

  • PS2, PS3, K4 “Meet Your Teacher” – Friday, August 24 @ 9:00 a.m.
  • K5-6th “Meet Your Teacher” – Friday, August 24 @ 9:00 a.m.
  • 7th-12th “Student Orientation” for grades – Friday, August  24 @ 11:00 a.m.
